We build DynamiX because Vietnamese businesses deserve an HRM that understands local labor law, social insurance and PIT — not foreign software bent to fit.
DynamiX started from a simple observation: most HR software is either too simple to run payroll correctly, or too complex for teams to actually use. Vietnamese businesses also face social insurance, PIT and niche problems like service charge — things foreign software rarely handles end to end.
We built a platform where every module speaks one data language: attendance feeds payroll, payroll feeds reporting and payments, and every org change leaves a trail. Compliance is the default, not an add-on.
